Each individual is permitted one active enrollment account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent enrollment restrictions, access controls, or payment requirements is prohibited and may result in termination of all associated accounts.

is owned by OptiFlow Institute or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

13. License to Use Educational Materials

When you enroll in our programs, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use course materials solely for your personal educational purposes during the program duration. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from our materials.

14. User-Generated Content Rights

When you submit project work, assignments, or other content as part of program requirements:

  • You retain ownership of your original work
  • You grant us a license to use your work for assessment, program improvement, and educational purposes
  • We may use anonymized examples of student work for teaching purposes
  • You represent that your submissions do not infringe on third-party rights

Payment Terms and Refund Policy

16. Program Fees and Payment

Program fees are stated in Japanese Yen and must be paid according to the payment schedule outlined in your enrollment agreement. Payment methods accepted include bank transfers, credit cards, and other methods specified during enrollment. Late payments may result in suspension of access to program materials until payment is received.

17. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is determined by the specific terms outlined in your program enrollment agreement.
